Privacy policy

What we collect

• Order data: name, email address, phone number (if provided), shipping address, order contents and payment status. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see your card details.
• Communications: emails you send us.
• Analytics: anonymised usage data, only if you accept analytics cookies.

Why we use it

• To process and ship your order
• To send order confirmations, shipping updates and receipts
• To answer your questions and handle returns
• To improve the shop (analytics, only with consent)
• To meet legal obligations such as accounting

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make the shop work: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (email delivery), and Google Analytics (only with consent). We never sell your data.

Cookies

We use essential browser storage to keep your cart working. Analytics cookies are set only after you click "Accept" in the cookie bar. You can decline and still use the shop fully.

Retention

Order and invoice data is kept as long as required by law (accounting rules). Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing. Email kamuindustries@gmail.com to exercise these rights. If you are in Lithuania, you can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
