14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition.

• Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
• Customised or made-to-order items (for example custom inserts) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as permitted under EU consumer law.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us with a photo and we will replace it or refund you, including the shipping costs.
