We ship from Lithuania (EU) with tracked delivery.

Rates

• Europe and the rest of the world: €9 (tracked)
• Canada and the United States: €15 (tracked)

Shipping is charged once per order, no matter how many items it contains.

Processing time

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 3–5 business days. If an item is made to order, we will email you with the expected dispatch date.

Delivery times (estimates)

• Lithuania: 1–3 business days
• Rest of Europe: 3–8 business days
• United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland: 4–10 business days
• United States and Canada: 7–14 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Tracking

Every parcel is tracked. We email you the tracking number (Lietuvos paštas / Lithuanian Post) as soon as it ships, and you can follow the parcel on post.lt.

Customs and import charges

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility. We always declare the correct value on customs forms.
