Description
Stop struggling with shaky DIY guides or overpaying for professional setups. This Adjustable Juice Groove Jig is the perfect middle ground—giving you precision, repeatability, and professional results at a fraction of the cost.
Whether you're a hobbyist or a high-volume maker, this jig eliminates the guesswork of cutting perfectly straight, centered juice grooves into your cutting boards and serving trays.
### Why Choose This Jig?
Fully Adjustable: Fits any rectangular cutting board size based on the length of the plywood rails you choose.
Dual Offsets: Built-in spacers allow for both ¾" and 1" offsets from the board edge. Simply flip the parts to switch distances.
Universal Compatibility: Designed for use with most standard palm and handheld routers.
Secure Locking: Uses simple M4 machine screws to lock the assembly tight, ensuring zero "creep" while you routing.
### Quick Start Guide
1. Assembly
Size Your Rails: Cut 4 strips of ¾" plywood (2.5" wide). Length should be your max board dimensions + 2".
Seat the Rails: Slide one end of each rail into the blind slot of the 3D-printed corner parts. Secure with an M4 screw.
Frame It: Slide the rails into the perpendicular slots of the neighboring corners to create a rectangle.
Pro Tip: Reverse the slotting direction to choose between the ¾" or 1" edge spacing.
2. Operation
Snug Fit: Place your cutting board inside the jig and slide the corners in until the assembly is tight against your workpiece.
Lock it Down: Tighten the secondary M4 screws on each corner to clamp the walls in place.
Secure to Bench: Use external clamps to fix the entire jig to your workbench.
Route with Confidence: Run your router base-plate against the inner wall of the jig. We recommend cutting in light increments to prevent scorching and ensure a clean, "pro-shop" finish.
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: Hardware Only
This listing includes the 4-piece 3D-printed corner jig set. It does NOT include the plywood strips.
By providing your own ¾" plywood, you can customize the jig to any size you need—from small cheese boards to massive butcher blocks—without paying for the shipping cost of heavy wood rails.
